We also help SMEs in enforcing their contractual rights and resolving disputes that may arise from these agreements. The various types of common contracts / agreements are detailed below:
Sales Contracts
These are contracts between a buyer and a seller for the sale of goods or services, which may include terms related to delivery, payment, warranties, and liabilities.
Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Commercial Tenancy and Lease Agreements

Letter Agreements
These are simple contracts that confirm the terms of a verbal agreement, often used for minor transactions or short-term arrangements.
Standard Form Agreements
These are pre-drafted contracts that are commonly used in a specific industry or for a specific type of transaction, such as software license agreements or purchase agreements.
Collaborative Agreements
These are contracts that establish a long-term relationship between parties for multiple transactions, and typically include general terms and conditions that apply to each transaction/party.
Joint Venture Agreements
These are complex contracts that establish a partnership between two or more parties for a specific project or business venture, which may include terms related to governance, funding, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
Shareholders Agreements
SMEs may require shareholders agreements to establish the rights and obligations of the company’s shareholders. Such agreements outline the voting rights, shareholding percentages, dividend distribution, and transfer restrictions of the company’s shares.
Partnership Agreements
SMEs may require partnership agreements to formalise the terms of a business partnership with other companies. Such agreements outline the partners’ roles and responsibilities, capital contributions, profit-sharing, and decision-making procedures.
Licensing Agreements
SMEs may require licensing agreements to license their intellectual property, such as trademarks, patents, or copyrights, to third parties. Such agreements outline the terms of the license, payment terms, and limitations on use.
Intellectual Property

Franchising Agreement

Business/Premise Licenses
This document is required when an entity intends to start a new business or relocate an existing one to a new location. We advise entities regarding relevant licenses that are required as they embark on expansion, and facilitate the process of acquiring them.
Business Code
The Firm advises SMEs and/or MNCs in a manner that ensures their business practices are in line with legal and ethical standards. A business code would outline the expectations and obligations of the business with regard to issues such as workplace safety, environmental protection, data privacy, and anti-corruption measures.
