For Employers:

  • Representation before industrial courts, tribunals, or arbitration panels: If an employer is involved in a dispute with an employee or group of employees, we provide representation before the relevant industrial tribunal/court. This includes drafting and filing cause papers, presenting evidence and arguments, and negotiating with the opposing party to reach a favorable resolution.

     

  • Mediation: In some cases, it may be possible to resolve a dispute outside of court through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or conciliation. We facilitate this process and help the parties involved reach a mutually agreeable solution.

     

  • Employment contract drafting and review: One of the most common sources of disputes between employers and employees is the employment contract. We help employers draft or review their contracts to ensure they are legally sound and contain provisions that protect the employer’s interests.

  • Training for managers and employees: One of the best ways to prevent employment law disputes/managing/implementing orderly and compliant HR policies is to ensure that managers and employees are trained on their legal obligations and rights in the workplace. We provide training sessions on topics such as anti-discrimination policies, workplace health and safety, and managing employee grievances.

For Employees:
